For as long as she can remember, Jenna N. Gray has loved numbers. Even as a child, she had a schoolroom fascination with math. Practical les-sons from a humble upbringing taught Jenna the value of a dollar and reinforced the importance of stability that home ownership pro-vides. Today, as a Sr. Loan Officer with CMG Financial, Jenna utilizes her numerical expertise and sensible outlook on home ownership to help buyers in the East San Francisco Bay Area to realize their dreams.
With more than ten years’ experience in home finance (including six years with CMG), Jenna is an expert at ascertaining her clients’ needs and developing individualized strategies to guide them toward their goals. “I get to know my clients by asking questions. Is this home a long or short-term investment? Where do you see yourself and your family in the next five to ten years? What are your ultimate goals in investing in this home? With property investors, the conversation is a little different depending on how many properties they own and what their immediate and future plans are. Then, I can accurately assess my client’s needs, advising them which loan products suit them best, and how they should move forward,” Jenna explains.
Jenna is dedicated to leading borrowers on the path towards financial success, even if it means helping create a more realistic timetable. “If someone needs to pay down a bit of debt first, then I will tell them, ‘Home ownership is a goal you should absolutely have on the horizon, but this is what I advise you to do first,’” says Jenna. “I like my clients to be able to afford their home and also maintain a comfortable lifestyle – to travel and do family things without stretching themselves too thin. I always keep my clients’ best interests in mind.”
As a local direct lender, CMG is committed to the kind of personalized service that is Jenna’s specialty. One-on-one contact and being available whenever clients need to ask questions or review numbers is top priority for Jenna. “Each client should be made to feel like they are your only client,” Jenna states. “Everyone I work with knows they can come into my office, or I will go to them, so we can talk face to face. I’m accessible by phone and email seven days a week, from early in the morning to late in the evening. I want my clients and business partners to know they can depend on me at all times.”
Along with strategic planning, honest goal-setting and around-the-clock availability, Jenna serves her clients with an intimate knowledge of local communities. “I grew up in the Bay Area and have lived here my entire life. I’m familiar with neighborhoods and school districts, so I’m able to offer insight on what will ultimately make a good investment,” she says.
In order to be an even greater asset to her clients and professional partnerships, Jenna is pursuing a degree in Business Administration, concentrated in Real Estate Investment and Finance, at UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business. “The advanced education is providing me with a heightened level of knowledge and a skill set that continues to empower me to serve my clients even more effectively. It’s imperative to never stop learning, educating yourself and sharpening your tools to be the very best you can be.”
For more than ten years, Jenna N. Gray has used her innate talent for numbers to assist individuals and families on the road to home ownership and property investment. She has also been recognized as one of the 40 Most Influential Mortgage Professionals Under 40 by National Mortgage Professional Magazine in December 2014 and is a 2012-2015 recipient of The Five Star Award for Five Star Professional & Diablo Magazine.
In her spare time, when Jenna is not crunching numbers or studying, she’s passionately involved in various charitable organizations including The CMG Foundation, Susan G. Komen, One Warm Coat, and Love a Child Missions.
