Mark David joined the banking industry at just 20 years old. Working at a local community bank, he quickly surpassed sales targets to become one of the youngest, most successful assistant vice presidents in the market. He later transitioned to the secondary mortgage market, where he collaborated with a small correspondent lender. This led him to his current role at CMG. He’s found great success at CMG, serving a record number of families and investors and consistently earning President's Club and Chairman's Club recognition. In addition to his personal origination accomplishments, he has had the pleasure of mentoring numerous mortgage professionals across the country and speaking in front of large audiences of industry professionals. As a Wisconsin native, he is humbled to help clients and their families achieve the dream of homeownership. Outside of work, he cherished spending quality time with his two-year-old daughter and incredible wife.

Anita has been in finance for 28 years, with a focus in mortgage lending for the past 21 years. Born in Sault, Sainte Marie, Michigan on the Naval base, she is the proud daughter of a military family. Her brother is also a Navy Veteran with over 30 years of service, and her son is in the Army National Guard. Though she has a personal passion for Veterans and VA financing, she and the Mark David team have thousands of happy clients with financing of all types. She’s been with the Mark David team for the past four years and has enjoyed getting to help people secure the best loans possible. Prior to joining the finance industry, she worked in hospitality, where she got to meet new people from all over the world. She appreciated this aspect of the industry and finds it a privilege to continue meeting new people throughout their home financing journeys.
