When I was brainstorming with the people who are close to me, the thought came up to buy my own home. What at first seemed like a huge, daunting task not to be taking lightly, soon became as simple as send me this and ill take care of you. From my first conversation with Mark I could tell he was very passionate and driven about getting people going on buying their own home. Soon after I got in contact with Mark, I was introduced to Michelle. Michelle has gone way above and beyond the job of what I would consider good customer service. Her advice and almost always being just a phone call away for even my dumbest first time home buyers question was the greatest service her and Mark provided. ( And by almost I mean some times she'd be on the phone doing something else, to which she always replied through text message or a very quick response time calling me back.) In summary, Mark and Michelle have basically been the epitome of top notch customer service and will recommend them to everyone in the future who might come to me saying "Hey Zachary, How'd you get this place ne way?"
