With over two decades of experience, Paula is committed to guiding clients through the home financing process with expert knowledge, strategic planning, and transparent, consistent communication.
A typical day in the office involves taking complete applications, gathering all necessary documents to prevent underwriting surprises, and conducting in-depth consultations to ensure borrowers choose the best loan program for their needs. Staying in touch post-closing is a priority, ensuring clients always have the best mortgage for their evolving financial goals.
Specializing in VA loans but well-versed in all programs, Paula has been praised for her exceptional problem-solving skills, deep underwriting knowledge, and expertise in positioning buyers to win in competitive markets. Passionate about serving the community at the highest level, Paula is actively involved with Virginia Housing and the Virginia Homicide Investigators Association.
Outside of work, you’ll find Paula enjoying time at the beach, boating, roller skating, and even doing some line dancing. Family is everything, and Paula enjoys spending time with her three daughters and beloved Frenchie named Earl.
